Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Director for Primary Care and Pediatrics
Location: Bay Area, CA
Position details:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across Primary Care and Pediatrics service lines
Partner with physician and operational leadership to design and implement high-performing care delivery models that optimize APC scope of practice and support collaborative care delivery
Drive initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance across programs.
Mentor and support APC leaders and emerging leaders
Maintain a hybrid role that combines leadership responsibilities with clinical practice within Primary Care or Pediatrics.
