Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a part-time (0.8 FTE), certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Urgent Care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
  • Active DEA registration

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 2 years related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or high acuity Urgent Care, with a preference for 5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or high acuity Urgent Care
