Full-time position providing care for patients at High Risk for Breast Cancer. The APC will be seeing a mix of follow-up and new patients and caring for patients who are in our high risk screening program or have a history of breast cancer. This new position is to grow the high-risk breast health clinic.
Duties include evaluating new paitents risk of breast cancer, prescribing best practices for breast cancer screening of the high risk population, patient education on cancer risk reduction, results followup, in-basket management, and longitudinal clinical follow up care for high-risk for breast cancer patients
Eligible to become a shareholder of the Med Group
Requirements:
Experience in in-basket coverage preferred, but not required
Current California State NP or PA License
Active DEA registration
