Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife, OB GYN FTE 1.0
Priorities:
1. In Basket Support – RNs/MAs able to escalate urgent or more complicated matters to APC
2. Decrease 3NA – clinic availability to convert in basket concerns into in person of video visits as well as other urgent add-on visits
Benefits for the applicant:
1. Flexibility with options to work remotely from home once workflows established. To start on site to partner closely with RN team and develop role. Role would start in person for first 3 months in order to work closely with advice RNs and learn clinic flows. Virtual vs in person clinic time flexible after first 3 months, though some in-person clinic time will be required.
2. Flexibility with option to add address urgent concerns by adding patients to clinic schedule same day or next day.
3. Close partnership with skilled, seasoned nursing team.
4. Collaboration with the in-person clinician team, especially “Doc of the Day” for real-time consults/questions.
Logistical considerations:
1. FTE form with all clinic time BLOCKED to start for same day/next day add ons. May transition to one-day release if clinic not regularly filling after a few months.
