· Current California State NP or PA license

· Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (NPs)

· CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs)

· Active DEA registration

Preferred:

· 6 months or more of related primary care experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician - NP or PA)
